Using Robots.txt To Show Google Bot 1 Page and Visitors another

Hey Guys,
I've conducted several phone interviews over the years, and I got them transcribed thinking it would be good for content.
The problem is the huge block of transcription text just messes up the layout of the page. So I'd rather it not be there from a design perspective, but the SEO love I get from it is awesome.

Is there anyway to set up the page so that when google/bing index the page they see the transcript, but when visitors visit the site I want them to just see the video.

I don't believe I can hide the text or put it in meta and get the same effect, so I'm looking for another option.

Heres another option, thats more of a social engineering hack

Use the web format where when you scroll down more content loads. You have to keep scrolling down to load more content, by the bottom of the page they won't want to wait for the text to load
