Using Rapid WP Cloner - Paths dont match?

I just bought this Rapid WP Cloner and it was stupid of me because they have no contact info or support at all.
I am trying to set this up, looks simple as can be but when I test the Target Server connections, it tells me the Server Path and Site URL don't point to the same place?

If anyone can help me out and explain what I'm doing wrong I would really appreciate it. I've been fiddling for an hour.

Could be it need the full unix path for both locations. So that would be something like.
/home/yourname/public_html

Alternatively, you could just get WP Twin from the downloads section and save yourself hours of fiddling.

And don't forget to cancel the original purchase and get your $$ back.
