Using PVA as business. Is this consider posing as someone else?

I'm just curious about fb term and things. Since fb does not allow posing as another person identity for profile. Could we use the PVA profile as a business by uploading a logo as profile pic and cover? Has anyone tried this? Does this breaks the terms?
