Hi guys, looking for a little help here.
I have been running an eBay business over the last year which I was making around $8,000 a month from. Unfortunately though, I fucked up while on vacation and made too many listings, the items didn't get sent, transaction got escalated, buyers refunded by paypal, etc. Now my limits are down to 25/1250 (possibly even lower since a few more escalations have been put through).

My question is, how feasible is it to continue my business under a new paypal/ebay with the 500/25k limits alot of sellers advertise? If I am very steadfast in being stealthy, like using a hotspot, clearing cookies, etc., will I be able to bring in the amount I was before through a new account?

In general, long term account sellers with good track records will sell you good accounts that you can sell on, but since eBay ranks listings for search exposure in large part to your track record, it will take you about a year or more to get back to where you were.

A stealth account can act exactly as a real account can. The problem is when people want this to happen overnight. Even with an account with 500/25K limits, you must start slowly and build up your account gradually. If you operate in this fashion, then you won't have a problem getting your stealth account to the same level as your old account.

Sorry to hear about the bad luck... one of my accounts also dropped to below average killing sales. We had a bug in our software and had to refund way to many orders. The account is up for review on July 20th. Anyone know if this account can be revived?

Basically we need to make more sales so our return rate goes down but since we aren't ranking products anymore sales seem impossible to make.
