let me give you a zero ballshit structure...
ignore anyone who is saying you need IG on the mobile app although they are definitely right on things regarding the limited functionality on the web version but for your specific use case you are good to go with the web version alone
Now here is your zero BS structure.
1. Get any unlimited mobile proxy plan (a single plan will be sufficient but preferably the same country/state for your company ig page)
2. Get a good anti-detect browser (go for Dolphin Anty it's free 10 browser profiles than $1 per extra profile per month)
3. Buy good quality Instagram accounts aged and with email included (don't waste time on creating profiles it's most of the time instant suspension or in few weeks unless you know what you are doing registering Instagram accounts without suspension takes little bit of advance knowledge)
Now how to use everything.
1. Create a new browser profile on your anti-detect browser and add the proxy to that profile (this is your first time using this proxy so you don't need to rotate the proxy but always remember whenever you create another browser profile and log into/use another Instagram account always rotate the proxy before opening the browser rotating the proxy will give you a new IP each time this way with one 4g proxy plan you can use almost as many accounts as you want this is the cheapest way and the best quality proxies as well just make sure if you have auto rotation on for the proxy that the auto rotation isn't set for anything less than 10 minutes it can sometimes get account flagged if the rotation is sometimes too fast)
2. Open the browser profile created and log into the email and then the Instagram account (always sin into the emails only through anti detect browser profile after connecting and rotating the proxy then first add some personal email as the recovery for the email account that was included with the Instagram so that you don't lose access to that email note: I am not telling you to change the email on the Instagram but add a recovery email on the Instagram email itself. once you have done this on the email after that login to the Instagram account don't change anything just browse around on the first day for 10 minutes then on the next day you can start changing stuff thought with changing the password on the email and on the Instagram account then add other things profile pic posts and then the last thing should be the username after few days)
3. Repeat for every IG profile (remember always rotate the proxy before opening another browser profile and with one proxy plan you can have only one Instagram open at the same time if you open more than one both of the IG account will share the same IP address not a big deal but definitely not good)
cost of everything
Unlimited mobile proxy plan: 40-60$ per month
Good enough Instagram account: under 2.5-3$ per account
Anti-detect browser: free 10 profile or 1$ per extra profile
This is the cheapest way to go about it no need to buy separate devices if you follow the method correctly there is a very low chance you will face any Instagram account suspensions specially considering what you plan to do isn't very suspicious just follow the instructions it will help keep your account isolated from your other ig accounts and if by chance any of your bot account comes under radar and gets suspended just create a new one or if that account was important shoot me a message and I'll help you get your suspended Instagram account unsuspended from the 180 days to appeal suspension which is the most common with the IG accounts
after writing it now I realize that it might be little too detailed for such a small thing but gonna convince myself that it might help someone new out here understand things more thoroughly in a one single message and thus making it worth the long detailed write

Get a quality 4G proxy. One should be enough and you can just rotate the IP when you are done with one account.
I would advise against buying accounts.
Most of the time the quality is crap and the account will die.
Instead I would advise you to create them yourself using the anti-detect and then to save the cookies so you can just open the browser and be logged-in.
For one it is much safer as you know the source of the accounts and for two it will test the anti-detect that you have.
If the anti-detect is crap, the registration will fail even with 4G proxies.
If registration works, the anti-detect is at least not too bad.

Currently doing manual off web browser (macbook). Would like to switch to some sort of automatiom if possible. Looking for each account to follows another acfounts followers. 40-50 per day is fine per account
Ive heard its difficult to create your own without blocks. You think its even more difficult to find good quality to purchase?

This is a totally different kind of endeavor.
Even if you have the best anti-detect in the world, Instagram is running some behavioral analysis and when they detect your automated actions, they will limit your accounts.

So.
I managed to get the manual ones going without too much issue. Im using them A. For social proofing mother account, posting lots of comments etc, and B. To engage with mother account's reels which is helping with the algorithm quite a bit. These will always stay manual.
But in addition, im looking for a second set of child accounts which will be used to follow users from another account's followers. Idea is only to create exposure and drive traffic to the mother account. Technically, I dont even need unfollow actions as I really dont care if people follow back - I just want them to click on the mother account profile. This is all about sales conversion and not follower growth. And if the accounts get deleted, as long as they last more than a couple weeks and I can replace them with new ones, thats fine.
As everyone said you can create Unlimited accounts using a 4G/5G mobile proxy and an antidetect browser. But you can 5-10 accounts on your device by on off the airplane mode.. it will change your IP

I tried the Airplane mode trick around a year ago, but it caused problems.
You can safely manage around 4-5 accounts per device without needing to use airplane mode. Managing more than this number of accounts may lead to problems. Correct me if I am wrong.

I wonder what problem you faced with airplane trick is it that your IP was repeating because that can be the case since the IP rotation is from few subnets which generally only has about few thousand ips I believe
I guess it varries person to person.. I used 4 accounts and I got shadow bans..after that I have started using mobile proxies.
