Not even sure this is blackhat but just in case.
Since getting scrapebox I have more public blogs (blogspot, blogger, tumblr, etc) than I know what to do with. They are all in the PA 28-35 range. Is it safe to use say 5/6 of these to link to my PBN ? Will it make any difference? What is the max you would use if it is?
