Using proxies or is another method possible to avoid detection?

Hey,
I have searched the forum for the past hour about this topic so please don;t flame me for not searching. Everything I found was a bit out of date, so I wanted to ask again.

1. Are proxies absolutely necessary, they are obviously not if you don't spam the accounts (for example a library has loads of fb users per day log in but they do not spam) But what is construed as spamming? Is adding 20 friends a day per account spamming?

2. Proxies are expensive, so are there any alternatives?

3. Would the hidemyass VPN service or the gotrusted service work? Would either of these work with ffap?

you have to use proxies.

yea you will need proxies for sure but be very careful with whom you chose as supplier as lot of people have there ip blacklisted on fb
