Using proxies on craigslist

Does anyone post locally on craigslist using a local proxy (or does that even matter). I have my personal IP maxed out with local listings, but I wanted to expand (and need to also verify phones, which is another issue).

Do I need to find a local proxy to use for this, or would any proxy work so that they don't see too many posts from my IP.
