Using prowlarr and a seedbox to create anime database

I was thinking if it's possible to create an anime link database by downloading torrent of the anime. and using ftp to upload them to cloud servers like mp4upload etc .... And when I get the link from servers put them in database like
Tablename : "anime_name"
Ep no. Mp4upload link. Filemoon link
1. Xyz. Xyz
2. Jshsj. Uehehs


Is this possible? Might be really helpful if u tell me what I need to research in order to do this .

Lemme know , what kind of servers u gonna use for that ?

There are many practical ways to do this, one of which I think might be interesting is to obfuscate where the file actually is. The fact is just where to put the file, that's very simple nowadays, just research, now if it's about serving the story it's different, since there's no interesting way to do that.
