Largely thanks to this forum I have just downloaded and sorted nearly 17,000 PLR articles grouped into 500 subjects. (Anyone want some? :) )

Now I am wondering what to do with them. They are quite good quality but after all, they are duplicate content.

I am toying with two ideas:

(1) Use XSitePro to make a number of mini sites with Adsense, affiliate links and perhaps Popshops or

(2) Set up a truckload of Blogger blogs and autopost the articles to them using rss2blog, also with affiliate links.

Or, being duplicate content are they a waste of time? ( Don't say rewrite them. No freaking way am I going to do that!)

I also have about 10,000 PLR articles that I have no idea what to do with. I was going to rewrite them and submit them to AC, but I like the ideas Wombat has.

What do we do with these articles?

No real PLR this world, Although you guy buy from the fresh. It will be copied and re-writed soon. So I highly recommend re-write your PLR before launch to Internet.

I second that notion. I know that re-writing doesn't sound like a warm bundle of joy, but somehow re-writing your content will make it 10 times more valuable. One site with 10 "original articles" it worth about the same as 10 sites with 10 stale PLR articles.

Yeah, you're probably correct. That makes them pretty useless, right?
I have seen programs that will re write articles but it turns them into nonsense and if I wanted nonsense I could just go back to scraped and markoved gibberish.

Articles from Article sites and PLR articles are rubbish anyway. 450 words churned out by some kid who is paid $5 for an article on "bicycle tire pumps" or "aluminum folding ladders". So what does he know?

Damn, I might have to become a true white hat and just have two or three sites on subjects I DO know about.
