Without getting into too much detail, I'd recommend you to limit your search to condenser mics.

Another thing to think about is the connection. XLR connections require audio interfaces (which is another expense) while USB mics connect right into your computer.

SM57B gets many recommendations every time this type of question arises. I love this mic, I have 3 of them, but I'd never use it for video because it's a dynamic mic, and for it to sound good you'll have to have it in the frame (which is not an issue for voiceover, but still limiting in terms of movement).
It also requires an audio interface, so it's 0/2.

Blue Yeti is a very nice one you can have for about $75, and the Nano version is also great at about $50. I never owned any of them, but I heard unedited audio recordings of both and they are very nice. Just make sure you get the USB version.

If that's your use case and you are on a tight budget, use the mic that I used to use, the SM57 ($90-100) cheap but it sounds good and professional. I can even make it sound like a $800 microphone with just a little eq and post processing. (heck it's even used in every presedential speech in the US for decades now)

When I started my business I was about to sell my car. An iPhone does nothing more than another phone (don't start with the usual smartphone wars, they are ignorant). Or Buy a 30 euro microphone on Amazon. I have made many videos with it and the customers have always complimented it : I have made music in my life and whoever told you about the microphone is wrong, the sound card is more important. It determines the quality of your audio, the microphone only partially matters.
If you sound card Is decente enough, only need to edit the audio , eliminate noise, some compression and equalization.
