In general, the answer to this would be “no.”
However, if you’re an individual sending a handful of cold outreach emails - reaching out about a job or sponsorships for an event, or a freelancer trying to connect with a handful of companies you want to work with, things like that — you would likely be ok doing it.

my advice NO, why not create a new gmail account and do what you want why risque you main account? i mean it is not that hard to create account!

Will a brand new gmail account still land in the inbox? I thought I needed to warm it up
Or does warming it up mean sending about 10 emails per day?

Yes, by using Gmail your emails will go directly to spam. Best way to cold email is to have a business email with a domain and to use an SMTP server to send the emails slowly, also make sure your email list is verified.

You can set up a G-Suite account with an email address with domain forwarding. Then you will need to warm the email up using a warming up service or by yourself. After warming up the email then you can use it for cold emails, starting slowly and then increasing the volume.

yes it will why not, sometimes it will go to spam beacause of your subject or your body... you just need to test step by step ... first only subject with empty body then only subject with image in the body or text then links ....etc
my advice to you dont send more than 1 mail per 10min or your account will be suspended
if you want you can create 10 gmails or more then for each gmail 1 mails per 10min that equal 1 mail per minute for 10 gmail ... wish is 600 mails for 10 hours... and then scal ..
