Using Paypal without fees!

Many suppliers in China hate PAYPAL as a payment method because of the fees! They get charged a lot! I found a way to send them money without them having to pay any fee...all you have to do is send as "personal" then click gift...and the fee becomes minimal like 50 cents..and you can opt to pay it..and the receiver gets the full amount with no deduction. I convinced many suppliers to use paypal this way and it's a hell of a lot more convenient and cheaper than Western Union/Moneygram or Bank Transfer.

I can't find the 'gift' option on the personal payments section. There are only shared expenses, rental charges, payment owed and others. Could you point me where the 'gift' part is?

This only works on personal accounts, and also, it means you can't do a chargeback if something goes wrong.
