Is it safe to use paypal on a VPS ? I want to buy 3 vps and put three differents PayPal accounts on them.
Is there any way for someone to know my true IP without contacting the hoster ?

Depends on where you purchase your VPS's. If it's from a reputable seller, than yea.
As far as someone knowing your true IP? Just get a VPN (that doesn't save logs) and connect to the VPS that way; therefore, your true IP is never shown to the VPS- nor paypal (You -> VPN -> VPS -> paypal).
Just make sure when purchasing the VPS you use an anonymous form of payment- such as bitcoin.
That way even the HOSTER won't have the ability to trace you (unless you do something to allow that).

use a vps, buy a private dedicated i.p from the vps, pay ur balance, do not go in red "Negative" and ur good.

buy a c class ip, also don't use vpn because it wil get your account banned. / ask for goverment id.

VPN will hide your IP but depending on what you do, some software may send information from your computer.
having a whole other computer (VPS) is probably safer

depend on your IP , if your IP safe , PP safe
it should be private IP
