Using Old Tracking Numbers?

Hey eBay seller's I need some help. I sell digital items and I was wondering if I uploaded old valid tracking numbers to eBay to release my money faster would that be wrong?

Can’t add same tracking number to eBay twice, comes up with an error.

If the tracking numbers werent used already on ebay/paypal and had the same delivery address it would work in theory. Not sure how youd get them trackin numbers though
