Using Nude Celebrities To Get Email/Zip Submit Conversions - Make $$$

I'm just curious, since every email submit/lead CPA offer I know of requires the leads to confirm their email addresses, what kind of leakage is that causing?

Like, if you get 100 people to submit their addresses, but only 19 confirm them that seems like a lot of waste.

Would it be better to tell people on your landing page that they "MUST" confirm their email address and the "password" will be the last word on the confirmation page rather than the redirect page from the form submission?

Usually they don't have to verify their email for you to get paid. The pixel should fire after it's submitted.

blanko, thanks, I got to find me some better CPA networks then, cause what I'm using every lead offer states "confirmed email addresses"...

Google finally let my campaigns run and I've got 52 clicks so far, 2 conversions.

Ad spend approx. = $6.00
Total Conversions = $3.40
Money Lost = - $2.60

With some tweaking I can see how it might work. More testing is needed.

Update:

Lowered my bids and am getting less clicks, but they're much cheaper now.

Conversions are getting better but I'm wondering if I should throw some junk traffic in here somewhere.

Just contemplating all the ifs, ands, and buts before I scale this up. Don't want to spend a ton on clicks if I might get my commissions held.

OK, so what kind of volume are we talking about here Diabolik? It's hard for us to advise about junk traffic without some more concrete data. It looks like you're doing OK though.

Well, it's not a lot at this point, I just was wondering if others who have done this method in the past used junk traffic.

I'm not really converting like crazy, in fact I've spent more than I've made.

I wouldn't be overly concerned in the short term then. However, losing money is another issue altogether. Best to watch that ad spend, and keep it relatively low until you know you are getting a ROI.

Once you have profit, and volume, you will likely need to consider junk traffic, unless you never hit an ROI. I would guess the keywords you are using are too competitive to keep your costs where you need them to be. However, that depends on your conversion levels.

If you've set the campaign up as suggested, your actual conversion rates should be relatively high. I'm thinking easily well above 30%. If you're nowhere near that, I'd probably revisit the landing page.

Can anyone else provide more insight on why such a simple idea may not be working as well for Diabolik?

I haven't done it myself yet, but based on my experience with torrents and the DT, I'd think it should be working a bit better for him/her.

I know you mean well and everything, but that's kind of the point of why I mentioned I'm not bidding high...I'm still tweaking and experimenting.

I've only spent a little over $10 and made about $7...so I'm not exactly breaking the bank.

Sometimes the conversion problem can be something other than the landing page, like say dishonest networks or advertisers. So I'm trying different offers to see if any convert higher than others.

I have a website template pack that will do pretty much what we're talking about here. I purchased it as part of a DP offer (for mega bucks!) but haven't got around to using it yet.

This is the kind of website it will produce. (WARNING: this link does take you to a landing page which displays porn)

Code:
http://59y.net
This isn't my website - apologies if the owner is a member here.

The template pack I have will pretty much do what this site is doing, so if anyone's interested, I'd be happy to provide a download. I know this is kinda PPI, so hope it doesn't break forum rules.

That's pretty cool, I'm sure a lot of people could find uses for that here...just share it.

I'm thinking that the second page could have a login box pop up and tells people,"If you're not a member, go to this site and blah, blah, blah to get the password."

I forgot where I saw this but a guy had click here to see a pic of my wife's naked chest and when you click it shows you a pic of a non stained chest of drawers...
I'm sure Jessica Alba has one...hmmm (funny thing was the guy DID show his wife's naked chest!)

Hi all,

As per my post above, I have now provided a template pack in the Member Download area that can be modified for use with e-mail/zip submit offers, as well as PPI.

Enjoy! :D

I recently blogged about something like this. I just wrote about driving traffic to a Zangocash-gateway.

It's not an adult method. You can use pics, videos..anything to encourage an optin. In no way, shape or form do you have to deal with anything adult. Did you read this thread and thoroughly understand the concepts behind it?

I got a good feeling our friend here did not read this through properly

Yea seriously,

You can use almost anything you want really to entice optins. Havok and Hardsoft's idea of sex sells works great indeed because there are a massive amount of people who will actually put in an email and/or zipcode but if the youngin applies this to other ideas (hopefully his/her own) then instead of dumb replies like the one posted, maybe they will entice other members to give them an idea of what to use.

Personally, I have used deleted scenes from movies and my alltime biggest earner which was over $10,000 in less than just a few days was using the Harry Potter book that got spilled awhile back. Does anyone remember the ruckus it caused online? People were pissed that the book went pirated online before store bookshelves. One of my partners banked over 7K using torrents and I snagged Yahoo Search and Google. It was so big we had international content network campaigns going for it and having people optin into Canada, UK and Australia submits.
