You can't unfortunately. Chrome takes its proxy settings from your IE setup which only supports the use of 1 proxy at a time. There may be 3rd party apps that do this however.
You cant do that with chrome. But you could install multiple browsers. Use Firefox for one and Chrome for the other. Then you could use two different proxies in two different browsers at the same time.
