Using Multi-account for Likes / Comments?

Anyone got experience using multiple accounts for likes and comments?

I was considering setting this up to get 0-100 likes/comment on new videos but just trying with 10 accounts, some of those likes are not counted.

Assuming this has to do with them coming from the same ip-address, mac address, maybe some other factors too . . .

There's sites that sell HR views and also likes so how do they deliver those likes so they do not disappear?

Any info on this would be appreciated

If you have old YT accounts this is real beneficial to creating multiple channels under those accounts and using those to give your videos likes and adding comments to make it look like there's some good activity going in the video.
