Facebook. Start a page for the business run the ads off that account but to the website/offer, you will get likes for the page as well. If you do this, target something specific, lets say its for, idk, a clothing store. Start a fb page for them, run an ad campaign to a sale on boots, direct them to that page of the website, better yet send them to a static iframe on the fb page that redirects to the website page. This way you can capitalize on the fact that facebook traffic is very targeted and optimize it to get clicks mad cheap. I would suggest ocpm. Also you can make a post on the page about the boots sale, and boost the post, which will bring good exposure to both the page and the sale. Idk. Facebook possibilities are endless, especially when you have an actual product/website
