Using Marketplace packages as a foundation and then using GSA?

In the Marketplace there are packages where you can buy a package that will give you for example like 25 Web 2.0's, 40 Article Subs, 50 Social Bookmarks, some High PR Posts, 10 Doc Shares and so on.

Then some 2nd Tier links like 300 Wikis and 100 or so Bookmarks.

My question is whether you think it is a good strategy to buy a service like this and then use GSA to build MUCH MORE 2nd Tier links and 3rd Tier links to make those 1st Tier links from the package even stronger.

My thinking is this will cut out all the time creating those Tier 1 links, then you could just power them up with GSA.

Is this okay, or where am I going wrong here?

Is it possible to get these Tier 1 links penalized by building to many Tier 2 links to them?

I've tried that and it didn't bring any result.

I've tried manual T1 and unique content and completely useful website, like it was my money site and the result are superb. Do you testing, what worked for me may not work for you.

That would work. The only problem is the spun content they use. Your first tier of links should be placed within unique articles for better results.

Yeah true.

Just so expensive to build out 5 page Web 2.0's with unique content from article writers.

Do you guys bother with 5+ pages for Web 2.0's on Teir 1, or is 1 unique page good?

So what if the content is spun, but unique. Does it have to be readable?

Is it better because the readable content will rank higher and pass more juice? Or because the Web 2.0 is less likely to get deleted?

Highly spun articles = Unique articles

I always use super spun articles and get good results.

So you articles are not very readable. Do you get a lot of your Web 2.0's deleted?
