Thanks BassTrackerBoots for the awesome info. But info itself won't do much unless I take action. So I am putting this into action right away and see the results!
This is awesome!
Quick question, does the CPC of the other keywords matter? Or only the number of searches they get?
Nice guide as always. Gonna need a bit of grunt work though but it will be worth it, I'm sure.
Quick question:
Following this process, we'll sure end up with hundreds of keywords. Do you write a separate piece of content for each keyword or group, say, 3-5 similar keywords together and write a post targeting all of them? The latter makes more sense to me but would like to hear your opinion.
It sure is grunt work, my friend from PAKISTAN (not Bangladesh), but I write a separate page on my site targeting each KW but I do mix in a few other KWs if it makes sense so it looks natural but the focus is on one only.
Also, you end up with thousands of KWs generally so if you do follow my process you better plan on packing a big lunch.
Haha thanks![]()
I have more questions, kind sir.
How often do you publish new content to such sites? And is that content strictly focused on the keywords you came up with prior to site launch? Do your sites include 'news' kind of articles that are not really keyword focused from my understand but they help get some traffic if you have strong social media presence.
No obligation to answer these Qs... I'm just trying to compare how you do things vs how I had planned to do something similar.
Quick question. How do you deal with keyword cannibalization when you have so many pages set up for so many keywords?
For example, if you have keywords: big yellow widget, large yellow widget, yellow widget that is big, etc. Do you consolidate it all into 1 post or set up a separate post for each one?
Awesome thread!
Quick question: Lets say you have 100+ pages... What is the backlinking strategy? Do you only focus on on page SEO for each page or is there an off site strategy for each page?
