Using Incent traffic when not allowed.

Hello guys, I had some money left in my adfly account which I could use for ads and decided instead of hunting for a decent paying incentivised offer with a https protocol (yes it has to be https) I decided instead it would be a better idea just to run ads with a non-incent offer. As of now my ad is pending approval from adfly. Was this a bad idea? Does anyone else do this? Is there anyway they can figure out what I am doing, if so can I bypass them somehow? Thanks.
