So on a whim, I ran an ad on IG & this happened -
Keep in mind that I normally get ~2K likes per photo. I captioned the ad with something like - "Like this photo? Follow @me for more"
BUT that seems to be the problem. I haven't found a good way to convert those likes on ads to followers. If you wanted visits to your web site, calls, etc then it's no problem. Select the right button & place it on the ad.
Why don't they have a "follow" button?
Anyway - tips on how I could have converted these 10K likes to more than a few hundred new followers?
I spent very little on the ad - I'm sure I just got lucky - but I plan on doing it again. I've been following / unfollowing anyone who liked the ad, but I'd rather just get the follow when they like the picture.
