Using Hitleap for YouTube views

Yeah I've heard of people using hitleap for youtube views, and where do you find what..?

you just add .com to hitleap and you're there 
I started trying it out yesterday to see how it reacts to layover ads, will update how many of the assigned minutes went through and counted towards views whenever analytics updates.

I was not claiming on my video.
I found when they deliver a hit Youtube has not been counting it as a view. Ratio is about 2/1 if not 3/1.

I can get the initial 1-300 views in about 600 credits putting the length at the full 60 second view, but after that the credits are basically wasted.
