Using Google Wallet to pay $99 Buck

Any one you guys have ever used google wallet to pay someone in US in return for a service?

Is it safe, Someone I am dealing with is asking to pay via Google Wallet instead of Paypal, so not sure what to do

They are really good. You can dispute, etc. Just easier to use and less fees.
