Can using images from Google Images as features on WordPress harm SEO?

I've always used my featured images with images that google images, but I'm wondering if from an SEO perspective I should be concerned. What do you think about this ?

end more, would your own images with the site's logo have any impact on SEO?

Yes, you can use it, and safe until anyone does not report or DMC claim.

Though you can use it but it is not recommended. SEO is a complex game, so why would you let your competitors ahead of you with their unique images?

You can do it without any problems,
I have websites using scraped images for years and ranking without any problems,
The same applies when actually searching for images,

The only concern would be legal, especially if you live in tier 1 country,
Mainly DMCA notices, but you can even end up with a lawsuit

Its not a problem until someone report, But it will not rank on google images section because same image already ranked which you are using, better is Use your own image you can easily make with canva in a minute or still if you want to use someone image you can make some customizations on image then if you use it will rank.
You can get good traffic from google images section if you use wisely.

I'm using Google image as featured image. Not only for a single website but made more than 50 websites and all sites contain Google images without having any issues.
If you use Google image in the post body, try to provide image credit of the source. It's a safe process to use Google image.

You can use it untill and unless there is an copyright issue, Moreover google likes original stuff, plus it's safer and more unique. And hey, showcasing your site's logo is always a good move it adds a personal touch!

It will be harmful for SEO , It might have Duplicate content issues and use your own images for branding , that can be beneficial

for brand recognition and user engagement.
