So I wanted to build a custom search engine using Google. Am I allowed to use the name "Google" in the tagline of my site? I have read the guidelines from here: http://www.google.com/permissions/guidelines.html

But I still not sure whether it is ok. I mean the custom search will have the "Google (tm) Custom Search" in it.

I am confused on this term:

"Don't display a Google Brand Feature in any manner that implies a relationship or affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement by Google, or that can be reasonably interpreted to suggest editorial content has been authored by, or represents the views or opinions of Google or Google personnel."

I mean my site will be based off Google custom search and the result page will obviously be search results from them. But I afraid if I include the name "Google" in the tagline of my site, will get me banned. Please advice.
