Using Godaddy to forward a URL to an Affiliate link

I am going mental here, I have been trying for hours to forward a webpage to an affiliate link through crakrevenue using Godaddy's forwarding settings and it isn't working, at all.

Is it possible to redirect through Godaddy?

I even tried creating a page through Wordpress, hooking them up and auto redirecting, but to no avail.

It consistently comes up with my ISP page saying the page cant be found, the forwarding service is putting my URL and the affiliate URL into the address bar at the same time, I've tried masking to.

Is there an easier way to do this that works? I've spent the last 4 hours looking for the answer and tried Youtube etc, but nowhere seems to be able to give me a solid answer on what is going wrong.

Any help or a quick tutorial on how to redirect from a URL would be greatly appreciated guys.

Well you could use a 301 WordPress plugin.

Alternatively you could set the 301 up via the htaccess file.

Or you could simply point your domain to your affiliate link via a 301 in Godaddy by going to DNA scrolling to the bottom to Forwarding then click add.

Via Godaddy, it may not be an instant thing. Got to give it time.

I use a plugin called "redirection" and it works very well for me.
