This is something I am in the process of trying.. using free web hosts or cheap ones as proxies. Its not that hard to set up from tutorials I've read (I have decent tech experience), I figure this could be a decent way to get good proxies since even though most are shared host most people aren't using them for anything but hosting, obviously the companies may catch on.... but there are a lot of hosting companies out there

pm me more with idea of yours.

I've recently been thinking of doing this, but I have no clue how to do it. Any good reads out there for it?

This has been topic here a few times.

In 99% of all cases it's a TOS violation.
In worst case you'll be sued in most times just banned.
Computer fraud laws are also not easy to see through, it might hit one of the paragraphs too depending on how you do it.
