Using family members account

Hi, I have a question regarding my banned ebay account.
Because I have been banned from selling on ebay I have been using a family members' account. If that family member happened to pass away, would I be allowed to then change that account into my name? Or would ebay say no because I'm already banned?
I am worried because this family members' account is my only access to ebay
Sorry, silly question I know but I would like to know.

No, AFAIK the only way to legitimately transfer eBay accts is if one business entity transfers it to another.

Why would you want your name on the account if your banned.
Changing the name to yours sounds like a easy way to get the account banned LOL.
I don't know much about ebay but have you tried using ebay stealth accounts?
