Yes. Advertising. Joining groups. There are a TON of methods out there.

i own a phyical shop and i think the outcome is not that significant when i was doing brand awareness kind of adverstiment.

Yes, it does generate good leads for you, but its up to your product/service if you convert that leads. But as far as the queries from FB, you do get a lot

As already mentioned here - FB can generate leads (1st step) conversion/monetization often later in the funnel depending on the buying cycle (how much education is needed to convert the leads)
