Using facebook to drive cam traffic

Will a simple blogger redirect, and not a direct link to the cam site, work for promoting a cam site on facebook?

This is for a friend of mine, she just got her profile past the verification bs.

It depends, try promoting via a direct link yet be careful to don't spam too much while using direct or else use a landing page. I'm using direct links and I got average results till now (ratio of 1:70 in average).

How were you able to bypass the facebook filters? Is it an adult cam site?
