Umm, are the domains different? You should do a whois lookup and see whether there are any visible similarities.

That doesn't matter as long as you check the domains carefully. Make sure that the domains are not spammed/abused and also check the history of the domain in wayback machine.

I'd say it depends on the domain these expireds all have a link from. If it's Techcrunch, some huge magazine, Wikipedia or similar, totally fine. If it's e.g. an.edu subpage on some exotic topic with only 15 external links and 10 of these are going to domains registered by you, it's a footprint for sure.
