Using exact match anchor

Because if we are talking about actual authority sites and not "authority" sites, then the article must pass editorial first.

If I pointed the authority site with exact matching terms, Will get any negative impact of my money site?

It looks like exact match anchor texts have diminished in its ranking power. Previously, it used to work great, but now the ranking power is shared with other factors like domain name as anchor (to build authority), trust, keyword diversity, on and off page factors, local search factors, location, etc. With so many other factors now, that just simply means the anchor text power has dwindled down considerably.

Exact matcj anchor would still go long way IMO. if you not using exact match for Authority Sites (If allowed ) then where would be best suit for EMAs ? Spam 2.0s ?

Sure you can use exact match anchors for an article you submit at an authority site, be ready to get it returned or edited though.
