Using Entropay in India?

Anyone able to use entropay from India? Just wanted to use it for the very first time yesterday and it came out to be blocked for both HDFC and ICICI cards (as per their customer care rep.).
I wasnt able to upload funds there, If any of you guys are able to use it, could you please name the bank whoz yet to block them.
