Yeah I have a whiteboard by my pc too. But its just too damned hard to cut and paste from the whiteboard to the open windows i'm working in. LOLI don't really suggest a second, or third monitor, but I recently put up a whiteboard on my wall right next to my desk. It has worked wonders.
Seriously once you try multiple monitors you'll wonder how you ever did without. I can open several different applications move the windows to seperate screens. Work on my main screen and if I need some quick info type it into an open google window on another. Open a window to see a html page on one screen while I'm editing the html file on another screen. Just takes a quick click to refresh the page after making changes, and then I can see what I'm wanting to change while looking at the code on another screen.
Even on BHW a lot of times I'll have a couple threads open at the same time on different monitors so I can think of ways they relate to each other so I can figure ways to find a new twist.
There are just so many things you can do that are easier when you have 2 or even better, 3 monitors.
