using dedicated proxies

I have a small no. (22) of dedicated proxies from my private proxies.

I am currently running 2 instances of Scrapebox, doing KW searches and scrapes. Seldom are both scraping at the same time. Not coordinated.

Now I use all 22 ded proxies on each of my scrapebox instances. Seems few issues, however I have noticed on occasion the Google scrape will not produce many results, if any. That search just shuts off.

THEN

If I do not get back to restart new scrape, the Google scrape works again the next time.

Anyone knows why this happens?? Same proxies.

Also, I want to expand number of instances I run, VPS memory lots. Is there any boundaries for number of dedicated proxies using on increased Scrapebox instances? Thinking maybe go from 2 instances to 4 instances but use same 22 dedicated proxies. I get new proxy change every 30 days.

Please advise any thoughts.

When using dedicated proxies for scraping google (not recommended), I use one thread per ten proxies at a minimum. 1:20 is a better ratio.

So you want forty proxies for four instances at a minimum. Split your proxies up between instances. Don’t use the same proxies in all your instances or you will get your proxies banned from search quickly.

rotating proxies are much better choice right now

You should go for rotating proxies, they're cheap enough nowdays to be the better option, you can scale your tasks exponentially and barely worry about bans.
