Using CPA smart link with url shorteners / snapchat ?

I've been racking my brain on this for a few hours now trying to fix this and I can't figure it out. I have tried creating a .php redirect and it didn't work.. still loading offer in the preview. I was told that a 1 second meta refresh code would do the trick.. still not working. It still loads the offer for me. How do I get around this? This is imperative because I have automated software and I need to have a working URL that won't auto preview/load my offer. I hope this is making sense.. and unless you've dealt with this before you probably won't get it.. hopefully someone out there understands and can offer some help. Thanks.
