Using content of website with Manual Action again

Hello,

A few weeks ago Google picked one of my Webmaster accounts and gave around 5 of my websites a 'Pure spam' Manual Action. The websites are churn & burn, but wouldn't really call it 'Pure Spam' myself. Anyway, the websites are completely deindexed from Google and reconsideration requests aren't accepted. For a few websites I've invested a few thousand dollars in content and would hate to see that be unused now. What do you think, can I just copy the whole website (including the content) to a new domain on a new Webmaster account and start again? Or would Google recognize the content as duplicate? The websites are all 100% deindexed from Google and I will also put those websites offline when I have the new websites online.

Are you sure its beacuse of content ? if the content is the issue, again you will have to get penalty. Are you using any PBN ? Does it have orginal content ?
 
The website has many keyword optimized landings pages, that's the problem for Google I think. I don't really care what the problem is, since it's Churn & Burn and the websites lived for around 6 months. When I get it to a new domain on a new Webmasters account, I'm sure it will once again survive another 6 months. The question is if Google sees it as duplicate content then.
 
If the websites are all 100% deindexed than google shouldn't recognize it as duplicate content as there is no reference to it on G index. They have nothing to compare it to.
 
You can duplicate the site, just delete all the content from the penalized domain first.
 
Keep the old domain alive for few weeks with nothing in there. Block archives dot org in your robots.txt file. and they will delete all archives within a few weeks if not sooner. BTY, google does pay attention to what's on archives. org.

P.S. Put this in your robots.txt

User-agent: ia_archiver
Disallow: /
 
No, you will get penalized on the new sites eventually. If the idea is churn and burn, well, I suppose you could give it a try but if this is something you want long-term, no the content is obviously trash.
 
Just curios. If the site you are making is for CnB, why are you adding it on GSC (formerly WMT)? Anyway, you can still use your old articles, just don't point your penalized website to your new site.

Needed to target specific countries and I don't really think it would have made a difference if I didn't add them in GSC.

The funny thing is that Google revoked the manual for 1 of the sites. I just sent in the same reconsideration request 3 times, 2 rejections and 1 acceptation. How funny is that...

Anyway, will try to put the content on a new domain soon and block both Google and Archive.org from the old website.

Like:
Food delivery New York
Food delivery Las Vegas
Food delivery Los Angeles

These kind of pages with 3-4% Keyword Density.
 
I read a case study a while back where a guy who was actually used as an example of what to do by g got stung in a later algorithm change because his landing pages were too optimized. As a side note he was making $100k a year from adsense.

His overoptimization had to do with titles/url. I have no idea how they figured out that his pages were kw optimized but they did.
