I am considering using ChatGPT to help me plan and draft articles. I will not simply ask it to write them and then use them as blog posts; instead, I will use the drafts as rough drafts form which I rewrite and edit as needed. I will ensure that it reads naturally.

Is this ikely to cause issues in terms of Google etc. rejecting posts?

I doubt that, as it's rewritten by you. Just make sure the articles are copyscaped as well.
 
This is a very good plan..
If you can find some good prompts, there is no reason that the articles cannot be used in their entirety.
Look at the actual Google update public release and they say that they will reward high quality, well written, and researched article's that completely cover a topic however it was written.
That is their words (paraphrased here) and not mine.
So, go for it.

You will find success in this way. Just optimize it accordingly don't copy paste directly.

Nope. If you rewrite your content you should be fine.
 
Using ChatGPT to plan and draft articles can be useful, but it's important to rewrite and edit them so they are unique. Simply copying the drafts without modifications could lead to issues. Make sure your article will be quality, informative to your audience.

Is it any official info the articles made by Chat GPT somehow detected, ignored or banned by Google or it is just suggestion and idea?

I've been doing this for a while. As long as you:

- Change the title that the AI outputs to something more SEO friendly.
- Remove "in conclusion" from the bottom of the article should it type it.
- Edit the headings (h1-h4) to fit your SEO needs.
- Perform on-page SEO as per normal with each output AI article (insert keywords, outbound links, internal linking, images, etc).

Just a bit of human changes/editing will make the articles, for the most part, undetectable.
