Using Blogger to rank higher?

I've recently noticed that a lot of blogger sites are ranking higher. One of my competitors actually got out ranked by his blogger web 2.0. This made me wonder if I could use that to my advantage. I moved my site on over to Blogger to see if it would increase my rankings. Has anybody tried this recently? Did it work?

You're not alone on that, I have also observe blank(no content) blogspot that ranks.
Yes I think blogger is more powerful now because of its authority.

Ranking with no content isn't cheating? I think blogger should not do this? What you guys think?

Yes ..it's very effective and easy to promote .. using blogger it's provide easy rank, proven solution, using easy and reliable tool, affordable , one main and best thing is web hosting is blogger supported by Google.

Yes, after google penguin updation, blogger and web2.0 is best way to promote.

Yeah guys I agree blogger has emerged out to a very powerful post Penguin and will be having considerable amount of Klout in the coming months. I had seen an empty blogger site ranking on Google. It was the moment when I thought of murdering Google Guys because we work hard endlessly and suddenly an empty comes up and ranks above us.

Being G00gle's own baby, blogger get's the most attention, logically. I am not sure how 'fair' the big G is towards offering 'Best results' to the users.

But will those ranking last for long? I don't think so. I think google is doing this to influence new users to use blogger to as their default blogging platform.

I share your opinion... maybe I am paranoid, but I have a feeling that something has to go wrong with all this blogger blogs sooner or later
