it depends. It depends on the software. I have many sites and currently none of them is banned.

Not necessarily. Just make sure to build good links for your blogs, as having too many spammy blogs with poor link quality may cause a deindexing.

custom made may be i will sell it some day. Still not stable enough.

I use AutoBlogger Pro and never had a problem with it.
I guess it does drawn some patterns (fingerprints), but don't build too much, maybe change something in the ads/design, push some links and I think you'd be ok.
