Anybody using tools like https://www.testgorilla.com or other assessments tools for hiring remote workers?

Are such tools worth to use for hiring search engine remote workers or is it easy to cheat such tests?

We usually provide a test assignment (to know their practical skills) and see how they perform. And we hire based on the results of the test

I don't know how that tool works but hiring remote workers is always tricky. Even after doing all the tests, always hire someone on a probation and offer long term/full time job only if you're convinced of their quality during their probation.

Such companies make some kind of exams that you can have your applicants take. It seems interesting if the exams are good and fraud-proof but yes it’s always tricky by hiring someone remote.

Onlinejobs have also such tests for iq but I think here it’s easy to cheat.

There is a lot of deception in places like this, as in every forum.
