Using API to post items to Ebay. Is it possible to link accounts?

Hey,
So there is a online program/service that is using eBay API to make/track listings.
Ive had my old eBay account banned for whatever reason more than a year ago, and I am still using the same PC (possible stored cookies, etc.)

My question is, is it possible that eBay sees that this same PC is using another account and link it with my old one and ban the new one?

Yes, they might.
But you can never know - why don't you just start with new account, don't spend too much time and try to see if it's get banned.

Use NEW FRESH VPN, NEW PC USER, new phone number. USE EVERYTHING NEW and they won't link you

Wow i didn't know that their verification is that deep

What about the name and the address can you still use the same old ones with no problem ?
