Using Affiliate Links On Your Tier 1 And Tier 2 Web Properties

When creating tier 1 and 2 web properties, like squidoo articles, youtube videos, yahoo answers etc, if you use the same Amazon affiliate link or clickbank affiliate link on these that you use on other tier 1 and 2 properties... will G be able to detect this as a footprint?
