Using AddMeFast?

What's the best way to use AddMeFast to gain Instagram followers/Twitter followers. Are they active/real followers that you get?

Also, I see it is a point based system like Twiends. Is there an imacro script to get points? I see some, but which is the best so you won't lose your AMF account?

I saw one here recently claiming that was working nice, but I made a test and it didn't work. I don't know what happened but I think that the time was not enough to create followers for me, but you may keep trying in some forums, and you can have some luck.
