Using Add-on Domains in hosting

    Do these effect anything relating to SEO - Do the engines see these as associated domains?

    you can use your robots.txt to restrict the search engines, however the engines do see a lot of domains hosted on a single IP.

    This could very well happen if you had multiple accounts from the same host.

    Shared hosting almost has no relation to seo at all
