I'm wondering what wysiwyg editor people use for cloned sites?

I'm referring to the famous site clone software HTTrack. Is it possible to edit this with, say, Kompozer? At the moment I'm just using Notepad ++ to make changes to the template, images, etc, but this is kinda slow trying to find the elements and making the necessary changes.

I was hoping to just 'dump' the markup in an editor and just get on with it.
