Using a Wordpress Plugin that Translates Posts into Multiple Foreign Languages still a Good Move?

Now that Google doesn't like pages that do not get traffic, is it still a good idea to use Wordpress translation plugins to translate posts written in English into Spanish, French, German etc?

It might indeed pose a risk. Although I haven't seen any testing done on this yet.

Attempt should always be to get at least little relevant traffic to all pages.

I often see foreign sites in my country´s search in my language, so it works.

you'll provide better service to your current visitors and see the positive effects of that. however, if you want visitors in different languages, this doesn’t fully serve that purpose

I think it's worth it. Because it really expands the audience, search engines will use the resulting text more widely in different languages.
