Hi guys,
I have virtual private network that allows me to change my IP address within 10 seconds to over 11,000 ip addresses/servers worldwide.
if I kept refreshing on a youtube video and changing the IP/server would this work on gaining views?
Long process I know but pretty effective if you did it ALL day?
